We first created Mandalay Optical for our own practices. It allowed us to regain control. Here is how it changed our business:

Dramatically lowered our COGS (our pricing is transparent…and we are nothing short of disrupting the industry. Simply look at our catalogue. No gimmicks or contracts.) Intentionally oversimplified our lens ordering/return processes. Our staff doesn’t get bogged down (they love this… and so do we.)

Increased cashflow allows us to capitalize on hiring better qualified ODs, management, and staff. The upgrade in our people directly improves our culture, increases our gross revenue, and quickly realigns our budget pillars resulting in more cashflow.
